We're thrilled to announce our exciting new summer menu items, inspired by our recent culinary journey through Southeast Asia. This season, we're bringing the vibrant flavors of Thailand, Vietnam, and Malaysia to the streets of Denver!
Our travels through Bangkok's bustling street markets led us to create our new Lemongrass Chicken Banh Mi. This sandwich features locally sourced chicken marinated in a fragrant blend of lemongrass, lime, and Thai chilies, topped with pickled daikon and carrots, fresh cucumber, and cilantro on a locally baked baguette.
The streets of Hanoi inspired our Colorado Beef Pho Tacos – a creative fusion that combines the rich, aromatic broth flavors of Vietnamese pho with the handheld convenience of a street taco. Locally raised beef is slow-simmered with star anise, cinnamon, and ginger, then tucked into a corn tortilla with bean sprouts, basil, and a squeeze of lime.
From the hawker stalls of Penang comes our spiciest offering yet: Sambal Shrimp Rice Bowl. This fiery dish features wild-caught Gulf shrimp tossed in housemade sambal sauce, served over aromatic jasmine rice with a cooling cucumber salad and crispy shallots.
As always, we're partnering with local Colorado farms to incorporate seasonal ingredients into our new menu. This summer, you'll find Peak to Plains Farm's heirloom tomatoes, Front Range Harvest's Thai basil, and honey from Urban Farmer Apiaries in various dishes.
