About Revolver Kitchen

A globally inspired food truck with locally sourced ingredients

Our Story

Revolver Kitchen is a food truck with a revolving menu inspired by global cuisines while prioritizing locally sourced ingredients. Our mission is to provide diverse, flavorful dishes that celebrate culinary traditions from around the world.

Your Revolver Passport includes American Smash Burgers made with beef or chicken, Mexican Cheesy Beef Melts, Greek Gyros, Italian Meatball Subs, German Bratwurst, and many more revolving offerings.

We believe in quality above all else. Our beef is single-sourced from one cow that was pasture raised and corn fed on the eastern plains of Colorado on Bowers Family Farms. Our bread is locally sourced from Bluepoint Bakery, and our produce is locally procured. We use Red Bird chicken and local products whenever possible.

Michelle Ferris

Michelle is the culinary heart of Revolver Kitchen, bringing her passion for cooking and well-crafted palate to every dish we serve. As a home chef with decades of experience and an intuitive understanding of flavors, Michelle transforms simple ingredients into extraordinary culinary experiences.

Her attention to detail and commitment to quality shines through in our rotating menu of globally-inspired dishes. Michelle personally selects our ingredients, working directly with local farmers and suppliers to ensure everything we serve meets her exacting standards.

When not in the kitchen developing new recipes, Michelle can be found exploring Denver's food scene for inspiration or experimenting with new techniques to bring to Revolver's ever-evolving menu.

Shannon Baker

Shannon Baker

Shannon brings decades of hospitality and restaurant experience to Revolver Kitchen. As a career restaurateur and hospitality guru, she ensures that every customer interaction is as exceptional as the food we serve.

Her expertise in restaurant operations and customer service creates the seamless experience that Revolver Kitchen is known for. Shannon handles everything from event planning to logistics, making sure our food truck is always where it needs to be, when it needs to be there.

Together with Michelle, Shannon has made their shared dream of owning a mobile restaurant a reality, bringing their love of great food to communities across Colorado.
